Better overview of lines and economics

Hi, hopefully this post belongs here. Simutrans is a great game, but were i think it lack the most is in the information on lines and economics.

First of all I would like to see the economic information for each month, not only [...] a chart, but also in plain numbers. I would like to see the last months income without having to guess it based on the chart.

Secondly I think it would be great to be able not to see at a station which stop people are heading to, but also from where they came, and which line(s) they are waiting for.

In the latest version, you can click on the chart to get the value as a tooltip. Thats a very concise and comparative display of the finances.
(Thanks for this feature Dev Team... I was waiting for this for long!!!)

Simutrans does not keep a record of the origin of the passengers once passengers have been transferred to a station en route. But that doesn't really matter, not even the revenue.
You have just one Life... So before you are History, make sure you get into History books.

This more or less fullfills my request, even thou i would love to see an income statement for the last months/years, another thing i would like is to be able to se the number of goods transported of each type.

In principle you should see this also in the finance window, when switching to the monthly view. However, only the topmost line has a value indicator (but this is actually a bug waiting to be fixed).

Is it possible to see the number of passengers transported or the number of oil transported?

No, only the dedicated station statistics.
