NOTICE: This is one of the rare "bleeding edge" versions that is, in fact, bleeding. It's playable, but please check for reported bugs before converting all your save games to this version. Major changes mean major bugs. (And this version is very playable, until you encounter those bugs). Mostly bugfixes and optimisations. New is the (still experimental) underground mode. Toggle with 'U'. You need to start from a tunnel but can built completely autonomous afterwards. (Tunnel tool for underground construction!)
